Senior Project Architect / Contract Administrator

We are currently looking for a full-time Senior Project Architect & Contract Administrator to contribute to our growing and varied portfolio. We are seeking an architect with 10-15 years of practical experience, with a well-rounded portfolio and ability to manage and work across all stages of a project with an exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

The role is well suited to a Registered Architect with a majority of their experience in high-end residential projects with an interest in applying these skills and learnings to boutique commercial and civic projects at the delivery stages.

Our ideal candidate will have;

- 10 - 15 years experience.

- Proficiency in ArchiCAD with evidence of documentation capability.

- Strong communication skills with various project stakeholders.

- Ability to work across a large project team and an eagerness to deliver projects on site during construction.

- Experience in client relationship management.

- Understanding of the Australian regulatory and compliance framework, including NCC, DCP and LEP requirements.

- Masters Degree in Architecture.

- Registration as an Architect is beneficial.

Salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience.
